Who we are
Demand Bureau Media is a performance marketing agency registered in Ontario, Canada, with offices at 20 Bay Street, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6. You can reach our privacy contact at hello@demandbureaumedia.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, website, budget range, the channels you select and the message you write. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location by region, referral source, device and browser type.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
- To meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies to measure site usage in aggregate. Where required, these load only after you consent. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Client records are kept for seven years where Canadian tax law requires it.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run this site and our business, including form processing, email, analytics and cloud hosting. Some process data outside Canada. We use providers with appropriate safeguards, and we will name the current list on request.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
